Managing Your Subscription

Go to Billing in the left sidebar. You’ll see:

  • Your current plan name
  • Subscription status (active, trialing, canceled)
  • Current billing period end date
  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select the plan you want
  4. Choose monthly or annual billing
  5. Complete checkout via Stripe

Annual billing saves roughly 20% compared to monthly.

Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal where you can:

  • Update your payment method (credit card)
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing
  • View and download invoices
  • Cancel your subscription
  1. Go to Billing > Manage Billing
  2. Click Cancel plan in the Stripe portal
  3. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  4. After that, your organization reverts to the Free plan

Your data is not deleted when you cancel — your projects and records remain but become inaccessible until you resubscribe.

If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. Stripe will retry the charge automatically over several days. Update your payment method in the Stripe portal to resolve the issue.

Only organization owners and admins can access billing settings. Regular members cannot view or change the subscription.
